Sad way to go out
When you labeled the last update “fixed known issue” and left all your community of players and any new players that might download the game with no reason as to why only 25% of the game is accessible now, you lost all respect. You don’t just shut a game down people have spent money and in without saying anything. Obviously you knew this was coming but instead of addressing your community with the news you took the cowards way out and just disabled everything one day. Shame

Getting Network Server Errors. No more Alliance or Ranks component..name shows as ‘Dear Player’??!

I guess the issues they fixed are their users and customers. Game is useless garbage now. Thanks for nothing.
Issues
When I got to level 23, the game started bugging and now I can’t level up no more. The watchtower is broken and I can’t collect built up resources, raids have disappeared from the game and my alliance has also vanished. Please fix
Removed Online Component
if you look at the latest patch updates on this game it says "fixed known issues". What it really means is that it removed the online component from the game. There are no more PVP battles there is no anything. They removed all boss battles and they removed everything to do except make your superheroes bigger. They did mention they were removing the online component, they didn't mention they were removing every reason to move forward with the game and that there would be nothing else to do. This is very disappointing for a lot of people . We knew the end was coming but they didn't have the Grace to let us know when. They just pulled it today and we were unable to change anything. I have two characters. One was on my phone and one was on my iPad. When it came up with my phone, it deleted my second character and I can't seem to get it back.
I have a lot of time and money put into the game and I would've looked at the solo component just to see if there was something fun to play. They didn't put anything in for the solo player except to continue to try and level your characters higher and higher. However, without the boss battles and everything else there is no way to gain the components that you would need to go further. My question is, why not just close the game down?

Had great potential
This was a great game, over other match-3 RPG games I have played. But since Christmas, the lack of continuous improvement/development, social media updates, and being unresponsive has turned this game into a 1 star review...

Background music
I usually don’t play mobile games and when I do I usually turned off effect noises and music because the music is either bad or I want to listen to my own music and turns out. You can’t listen to your own music in the background because the game stops the music from playing. One star until that gets fixed. Also half of the images look like their Ai generated anyways.
