App issues all this week
First of all, let me say that I love superior credit Union. I've been banking with them for four years and I have no intention of changing. But I have had to delete and upload the app multiple times in order to login. This is the fourth time this week.
Great personal service
Walking into the Royersford branch is like seeing friends ready to help you. I’ve had great service and use SCU for my personal and business banking. I recommend SCU for the great personal service and friendly faces:)
Stranded at home
When you have no means of transportation, the mobile banking app is so convenient. Definitely makes my life easier.
Terrible
This new app is the worst every two day it can’t validate my information or the app is crashing. The old app was so much better

Superior app keeps crashing after iPhone update help
Issues with iOS 16.4
Stale application with no updates in over a month. The application does not function with iOS version 16.4 and no release date for an updated working version of the app is provided. Taking into account the lack of updates for the application and the incompatibility with iOS 16.4, I’m concerned that the developers may have the same response, or lack there of, with security around their code base.

I tried logging into my account and it is not working!! The odd app was fine and this is so stupid and Annoying! Idk why my step mom can switch bank accounts!
Ridiculous
The older app worked perfectly fine. Why ruin it? You “updated” but now money isn’t going where it needs to be and every other day you cannot “validate my information” to log in on the app! I’m to the point I am about to switch banks since you clearly don’t know what you ar doing.

The old app was just fine. This app I can barely log in do not open account with superior nothing but trouble.

I’m very unhappy with this new app/upgrade. We have many accounts as I am a co-signer for my children’s accounts. 8 total. The old app was perfect. Each account had the persons name so it was super easy to know which account you were looking for. Also the access to each transaction was available as far back as you choose to go. This app only shows a handful. It’s also a very small font. Very hard to use for the elderly. My Mother HATES it!!! Please bring back the original!!!!!!
