Pay for a subscription and can’t even watch anything anymore what is happening
Apple TV compatible…. My experience indicates otherwise!
If you want to stream and consume rugby league content via AppleTV this probably isn’t the App/streaming service for you.
Frequent interruptions occur during a stream (at approximately 10 minute intervals). Viewing is terminated and users are requested to re-enter their account details, re-authenticating themselves to the App in order to restore the service. Sometimes you’ll be able to reconnect achieving continuity from break point via the ‘continue watching’ link. At other times reconnecting via ‘continue watching’ will reconnect earlier in the stream. So you either end up watching part of the stream again or having to shuffle forward to try and find the point where you were previously kicked out, to watch some more of the match, before you are kicked out again.
Although there are work arounds using alternative methods to connect to the service, as a premium subscription service it is disappointing that delivery of the service across all platforms hasn’t been rigorously tested and then subsequently beta tested before being released on a paying public.
All in all, less than ideal for a subscription service that costs significantly more per month than other streaming services that will work seamlessly with AppleTV as a streaming platform.

Terrible you pay and it’s inaccessible half of the time. Problems logging in get kicked out during the matches very poor for an expensive app

A good service at a very reasonable price. A few earlier transmissions problems but soon rectified and now seems to have settled down. I know Sky have first pick of matches to screen but perhaps both SL+ and Sky+ could do a deal to allow fans to subscribe to individual games not being shown live on each other’s channel.

Pointless.
App constantly breaks with a “sorry, something went wrong” notice. What is the point of me paying for a subscription when half the time I can’t even stream from the app or my tv? It’s not worth the money.
Unreliable
When it works it is fine. But then you can get randomly logged out during a game which is infuriating considering I am paying £19.99 per month for this service. This has been happening all year on regular occasions and nothing seems to get done to rectify this. I read it was an issue if you have Virgin broadband and being geo blocked and you have to contact customer service who unblocks the access to a service you are paying for. Really? Seriously considering not bothering next year.

Garbage! I wish to cancel please. Let Sky rip everyone off! Time they got stopped of their monopoly of sports, not everyone can afford their prices! Put all back on the BBC, which we all have to pay a license fee!!

Can’t watch old matches for free
Can’t watch old matches for free you should just buy sky sports or something because what’s the point having an app to watch the super league matches but have to pay it’s a joke I thought it would be for free and be able to watch matches for free if you didn’t have sky sports or something to watch it

Great Concept - poor execution
App content is not updated, on demand games do not appear even after 24hours and highlights availability is unpredictable. Get a NowTV subscription at £26 month with access to all games.
Amazing app
Love this app great collection of classic matches talk shows player interviews and that’s the free stuff 5star app all day for lovers of rugby league then obviously a subscription for live games at a fair price worth a download to any rugby league fan just for the free content and if your a one sport man like me it’s perfect
