App closes itself when I tap on it
I have an iPhone13 and the latest iOS. The app keeps automatically closing itself after I tap on it. I’ve tried powering off and on my phone, and deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing work, please help.
Simply does not work
We have had this app for a while and it has been great but all of a sudden it has just stopped connecting to out server, just keeps timing out. Utterly useless. Please fix it. I can see I’m not the only one having this issue.

I have updated , deleted, Re downloaded multiple times . I have an IPhone 11 Pro, and this app won’t even open. I’m not sure if the company has gone under and is no longer supporting the app but it’s garbage. I also cannot log in on my desktop. It’s so frustrating.
iOS bug
The software does not save a local IP address correctly. 192 becomes 102 when saved and there’s no workaround. Therefore it doesn’t allow one to connect to their cameras. Deleted and used SuperLivePlus instead.

Lost surveillance from mobile phone suddenly
I am in the same scenario. I did not change my mobile but the app disappeared from my icons and I reinstalled it but it shuts as soon as I click on the app. No help yet.

UPDATED, and still doesn’t launch on iPhone
This app is useless; it’s clunky, and anytime it’s launched It immediately quits. The app is updated, and never opens.
