Update; Installed the game again, I’ve built the entrance, electrics, and the food court, when I came back to build the cinema, the game was frozen again, arrows telling me to go two different directions, no customers.
Love the game but it needs an update .Not all the stores give you money. When you go up stairs to start building the movie theater you can’t get back down stairs. Game starts to freeze, while building the movie theatre. Closed the game to see if that would help, but once I opened the game back up, there’s no customers, electronics area is gone. Deleted the game, reinstalled, same issues

Great news, a new version of the game is coming. All the bugs you mentioned have been fixed. There is no more upstairs and you will be able to play the game on a single floor. A few new features have also been added. We are very sorry for the negative experience you had.
