Great Concept Some Issues
I love this game so much but I wish the glitches would stop. First the room ratings didn’t work, then all of my staff disappeared and I had to waste money hiring them all back (including the ones I had permanently unlocked), and now it just force closes. Also, I wish there was a quick panel to see all of your staff, not just the ones you have hired in the category. Some new furniture would be nice as well. I’ve spent so much time and battery life in this app and want to continue to do so, but some small tweaks and fixes would be nice.

My data been swiped
My saved data been swiped no thanks to the devs game wouldn’t load and crashed out and I did save the game so I had to re-install it and lost all my progress I had 19 rooms fully upgraded had my superstore maxed out had a laundromat maxed out amongst other upgrades yet lost everything the game keeps crashing it says you’ve improved bug fixtures when clearly you haven’t so why lie contacted devs on discord they’ve just ignored me

Hi I love this game just I think you should add other players in the game to make it more fun thank you I have one more problem when I tried to play this one night it wouldn’t let me and kicked me out I tried and tried and tried but it never worked my mom said they deleted it off the app store and now I really miss the game

Game crashes!!!
Loved the game design however it’s riddled with ads unless you pay for the no ads thing, so I did, but I was a good way through before the game started crashing on me. I contacted for support and didn’t hear back, following that I had to delete the game to get it to work again which deleted all my data. I restored my purchase and started over, I’ve almost completed a majority of my rooms and my game is crashing again, I don’t want to have to delete this app just to get it to work but there’s no way to report a problem. Overall not worth it

fun game but…
it’s a fun game and is well designed don’t get me wrong… but it’s absolutely riddled with ads. every couple minutes an ad pops up. if it was every 10 minutes or whatever it would be fine. but it seems every 2 minutes an ads pops up. also there’s a banner ad that’s always on the screen at the top and it floats down to the middle of the screen sometimes which isn’t fun to have in your face while trying to play. please lessen the ads and it gets 5 stars

I’m addicted to this game! The only update I’d suggest is adding the feature that allows us to repackage items & then be able to place all boxes in storage racks also adding storage units in some stores that require consistent restocking would be a help. Thanks!

Glitch And freeze up
After passing the level which I unlock a trolley it freeze up and never open again even on my other phone it’s the same but honestly I enjoy the game and it’s indeed awesome
Keeps crashing / laundry receptionist stuck
I literally LOVE this game and it hurts me not to give it 5 stars, but my laundry receptionist is always stuck walking into his desk or walking in place in the middle of the floor so unless I do his job in the laundromat it’s useless. And now, the app won’t even open ): it just crashes. I tried to offload it, restart my phone, all of that but it’s toast. It won’t open. I’m too afraid to delete it and lose everything.

Fix the bugs
I enjoyed the game alot but I faced an issues while playing the game. The game closes automatically after completing 50 levels in iPhone and iPad. I reinstalled the game 2-3 times but again I faced same problem. Please fix that bugs because playing this game really relax mind and improve creativity level.
