a cute way to remember to move

i am always looking for new ways to remember to move… i’ve tried timers and alarms on my phone, notes on the wall or on my computer.. etc etc etc. this is a simple way to smile when i get ready to move again… doesn’t make me feel guilty if i don’t move, but i know i need to for health and wellbeing and now i have to for moo!

Not Very Useful

You have to pay for premium to get more than 3 reminders to move a day.

thank you for this. you were right, and we changed it: as of version 5.7 (now live!) the free tier gives 5 nudges a day instead of 3 (the old limit came from an iOS scheduling cap, not a paywall wish). SuperMoo stays free with no ads and no account, and premium (your own times and days, watch, mac, full history) funds our nonprofit mission. moo says thank you for writing in. if 5.7 works better for you, updating this review would mean a lot.

WFH lifesaver

I work from home and feel like I lose myself in grind, until I hear the Moo grove. It’s been a lifesaver for me and my kids love using it too. Soft, low stimulus music, great app.

Wonderful morning routine

My niece ( 6 ) and nephew ( 8 ) couldn’t stop asking to “play Supermoo” on a family vacation together. They loved the opportunity to dance, stretch, and moove to some fun music together. I’d even catch them singing the Supermoo song and stretching even when they couldn’t use the app.

finally something to keep me moving

I’m always working at my computer and need reminders to get up and move. Sometimes someone near me reminds me, but it’s pretty effective to have a cow moo at me on my Mac and phone and watch all at once… it’s cute and motivating, and I can only imagine the impact this can have on people around the world who want to move more. after all, movement is essential for a happy and healthy life. As a doctor, it’s powerful to see this kind of thing exists and I hope it takes off!

Fun Moooving App

I really like this app and have found it quite fun. It really does motivate me to get up when the timer goes off. Occasionally I will pause it, but for the most part, I have enjoyed the motivation it gives to keep me from being sedentary.

Playful way to stretch more

Being able to set specific move reminders like to stretch or to do some light exercise is ideal. Plus, the moo noise when the timer is up is totally satisfying.
