Terrible customer service and never gained access to it

I got this for my oculus 2 and for some reason it locked me into a screen that wouldn’t allow me to log in even after restarting it multiple times. I never even got to actually use it despite being charged for it when I signed up for the free trial.

The offer said free trial, but it immediately charged my card. I brought both issues to customer support and they basically said I’m an idiot and not being able to log in was my fault (even though they had to go in and reset it from their end because IT wasn’t working properly). Getting them to actually stop blaming me and just fix it took 3-4 days. Every e mail they sent was condescending and rude. After all of the crazy I was still not able to access the app on my oculus and reported the charge to PayPal. They lied and told PayPal that I had access to it and just had chosen not to use the app. I submitted the emails to PayPal along with the screen stating that it was a free trial and now I’m waiting again to see if they will return my money. It was only $10, but the people at customer service were so rude and terrible at their job that I feel bad giving them a single cent of my money. Run FAR away from this company. Not worth the headache.

Can’t sign in

Apparently this app now needs a sign in from meta, and it requires two factor authentication which Facebook is responsible for sending an sms code to my phone , which it never does… so the paid subscription is useless…. There does not appear to be any ability to contact support that I can see. I’ve been paying for an app that I can’t use. It’s seriously gone downhill since meta took over and fired everyone :(

Saved me from being a full couch potato

I’ve tried so many different things to get me restarted working out and this app is eventually the only one that I stick to. The natural scenes gave me a sense of tranquility and openers which is really calming. The coaches are encouraging. I especially like the Flow ones (basically you swing two baseball bats to hit targets), which is very helpful to my chronic rotator cuff issues.

Cannot get in

We got this a few years ago and enjoyed but then, as a result of various circumstances, didn’t use for over a year. I do not recall it being set to auto-renew but here we are with a newly renewed membership and to make matters worse only one of us is able to access their profile.

Best VR Fitness App

I’ve been using this app for about 4-years and its unique combination of music, inspiring coaches, visuals and well over 3,000 workouts makes Supernatural the very best to realize solid fitness results.
