Bug fix required

Needs a bug fix I couldn't even get in

Good idea but...

For me the tilt seems backwards. I have to left to go right, right to go left, up to go down, and down to go up.

Horrible.

I downloaded this because I'm bored and I didn't expect a spinoff of the show but the game is badly designed. I didn't want to give this a star but I had to. Sorry.

No

It would not work for me. Bad game

Dude, people...

I found this game to be quite entertaining. But you people have to realize, the people that made this app can not make the game exactly like the show! If they did they would break copyright laws, that could get them a fine or maybe jail. So stop freaking out!

Not so hard, but not so fun either

I looked at the reviews and chose to download this game anyway. While I don't regret that decision, as I would have wondered and wondered if I hadn't I thought I should give a review myself.

It took me a moment to figure out how to accomplish what the tutorial was telling me. Once I did figure it out, I found it fairly easy to settle the bullseye over the bloody lady in white and then hit the right button. There are four choices of "weapon": Salt, Charm, Holy Water, and Fire. On the enemy is a letter S, C, H, or F in the corresponding color. You get the bullseye over the enemy, the bullseye tells you what letter/color to use, you keep the bullseye over the enemy and you push that button. Starting around level five or so some of the enemies start having two letters/colors to push. These can be pushed in any order and do not have to be pushed at the same time. In other words, you can push the first weapon for one enemy, do the same for another, and then go back to the first to destroy it. In order to aim the bullseye, you have tilt the iPhone/iPad/iPod and generally this is titled slightly away from you (I'm wondering if I may be slanted and that's my problem there.)

It's really not so bad, but you are this character enveloped in some sort of blue shield and not specifically anything or anyone that I can tell. You do have two actual weapons, but I'm not at all sure how that part works. Since I didn't need to worry about it, I didn't. One is a knife and one is a gun. I seemed to be gaining points with both, though the knife I appeared to be gaining points much faster.

And then there's the fairies. Occasionally a fairy that was color coordinated with the "weapons" would cross the screen very fast. I think that this is important, but they moved so fast I could never react. Sometimes they were a solid color (green, blue, red, or yellow), but sometimes they seemed to be, like the enemies, a combination color. I think these must be targeted the same way as the enemies.

I stopped after eight levels, because it's just not that fun. It's okay, it's a little challenging and a little interesting, but not all that much. I was hoping for some sort of narrative between levels. Thus far I got none.

If you're only concern is the level of difficulty, you might enjoy this. If you are looking for something that revolves around Supernatural, well they do use the tools of the trade, but don't expect to see familiar faces. I haven't noticed any.

I should point out that if at any time I had seen more evidence that this was connected to Supernatural, if there had been any sort of storyline at all . . . the game play while not that interesting, was enough to keep me playing, but only if I knew there was a reward coming.

Maybe I should have let my character die to see what happened. I will keep this game on my watch list, but unless it gets updated with more Supernatural based stuff, especially a dialogue, I will not keep it on my iPad.

Not Supernatural at all

I actually thought this would be based off the show especially with the SPN anime icon but noooo....just disappointing.

Naaah

I love supernatural but this game is just hard. :/

Okay

First the cw supernatural is awesome this game is pretty good but you aim by the the I touch being flat

Really bad

"Easy and addictive"? Is that what you call this crappy excuse for a game? I had it for thirty seconds; fifteen seconds waiting for a 'play' button to show up, and fifteen seconds trying to get out of the tutorial so that I could delete it. Don't waste your precious time with this stupid thing... go play Pocket God instead.

Terrible!

This game is horrible. It's hard to aim, boring, and the graphics are low tech. What is worse is the icon looks exactly like an animated Dean and Sam Winchester from The CW's Supernatural. That is why I downloaded this garbage. If you were going for Supernatural, I truly appreciate you being a fan, but this is truly not the way to pay tribute to such an awesome show.
Major FAIL!
