Love Supersense
I so enjoy the times that I use Supersense to read mail, newsletters, and just odds and ends of things that I need to be informed about. I enjoy it features on the premium version. Glad to be able to use it with a braille display.

As someone who’s lost their sight, so grateful that technology like super sense was created
As an assistant technology teacher, this app is so sufficient for the blind and vision paired. I would recommend it to anyone.
Would give it five stars, but …
I have used—and been very fond of—Supersense for a number of years. However, with the most recent update, the MultiPage feature isn’t working. It will take a picture of the first page, and will begin to process it; but, the process doesn’t finish, so it re-takes the picture of that page. Therefore, one cannot continue the process of scanning a MultiPage document, which is one of the main purposes for which I use the app. All other modes still appear to be working normally. Please fix!

Document mode not reading properly
I don’t know why I’ve paid for this app, free versions of other apps do far better. Whenever I have documents that have side-by-side paragraphs of text, it’s not reading all the way down the first column of text before it then goes over to the second column of text. It just reads across the top line, which is some of The first paragraph and some of the second paragraph, then some of the first paragraph again, followed by some of the second paragraph… And so on and so forth. It’s complete gibberish at that point. I can’t follow what any normal cited person would be reading Because it can’t figure out how to follow text properly.

Not at all what it’s touted to be
I had this in the “find” setting to find a person. It completely missed my friend beside me. Couldn’t find my shoes, a cup, and other objects.
My friend has glaucoma and needs help finding things so I was hoping this would be a good solution. I’m very disappointed in this app. Trying to find a way to get my money refunded.

Please improve.
The translation is poor and does not always work from texts. The description of teeth and objects. Will only be communicated in writing, but not by audio. With option Read stories, please give the option that pages are scanned automatically without always having to press an extra button. There are visual impairments that have problems with light sensitivity. This would relieve these people. Please also react to criticism. Unfortunately, there is no feedback from you.
