Worst app i’ve ever seen
Dont even try downloading it. Just use the web version. Everything is a bug in this so called “app”
I don’t think this is made for IOS
I have never seen more buggy app than this. This does not work properly in IOS.
1. Whenever you open it while clicking on notification app crashes EVERYTIME.
2. Sometimes you cant even download the JD shared.
Pls update it.

No back button
There is no back button when applying new form from Google Form and we cant upload CV or any file from Google drive or local storage.

Companies should not hire through superset
Not able to apply for jobs. It says to use superset smart resume builder and pay for it but my friend was able to apply without paying. This is for cognizant Genc 2025 hiring. No response on tickets raised.
No push notifications/ app becomes unresponsive.
Whenever I just minimise this app. This goes unresponsive in the background. Unless & until I restart the app, it will stay unresponsive like the screen stays white.
Worst App for Job Applications
Problem 1: I cannot update my own details from my side once filled, it needs to be done through college TPO.
Problem 2: If registration is not completed, it constantly asks to register and then check my own profile.
Problem 3: I cant update my educational details once set for graduation few years ago and get it done as per post graduation.

Worst app experience
This app is not at all optimised for ios, you constantly see error screens
Editing our Profile in Superset
No proper response for queries or problem, I requested for editing my basic details to the Superset Support team though we cannot directly edit our basic details. There is no response and I can’t able to change. Because of this I am unable to register for a Company. I missed an opportunity to take part in the campus recruitment process. I am so disappointed on the service providing by the Superset. Worst customer interaction.

No push notifications
I have been using superset for my college placement drive but only issue is have with this app is that I don’t get any push notifications for new companies or any updates on the feed due to which me and many other students have missed important updates please see if it can be updated
You can’t find your superset ID
App from superset and you can’t see you ID number the app. Idk what’s the fun of even developing such app.
Update the ios app ASAP!!

It’s showing wrong password for my email even though am trying “forget password “ it’s sending anything to recover my password .

I can't apply to jobs because of this superset. My college did not give any leads on how to create an account with superset and Superset does not let me apply unless I ask my college for passphrase. What kind of system is this?
Bas customer experience
The app/website lags. You cannot personalise your information. It is difficult to navigate. Certain functions stop working out of the blue. All in all a malfunctioning product and poor consumer grievance redressal system.

I have been trying to contact superset support since yesterday for the technical glitch I am facing in my superset account but I have not received any updates yet.
I want to apply for one profile & that can be done only when I withdraw the one where I don’t see the withdraw option in my superset profile. The deadline for the same is until tomorrow.

App doesn’t work properly
This app doesn’t work in iOS nor in laptop properly. It lags every-time I use it.
Bad app!
I ask the developers one reason to use this app when it doesn’t even let me view my own profile and provides less functionality than the mobile website. Only using this because of my campus requirements.
