Search function failure
I can not locate stores near me. Even when I searched for stores I recently visited that are members they don’t even show up
Doesn’t work
I try to open the app and get stuck on the “Please select your preferred store” screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it several times, I force closed and reopen the app several times and nothing.
App Crashes/can’t use points
I have about $600 worth of points saved up for one store. I was able to use $100 of it 1x and since then the app won’t even open, just immediately crashes. It’s the most frustrating thing and I’m afraid i’m just going to lose all those points.
Update- it’s not crashing anymore but now it’s making me select a preferred store, but when I try to select one it doesn’t do anything and there’s no way to exit that page. So i still can’t use my points.
