Achtung, Finger weg. Unprofessionell, wenn der Vorgang endlich laufen soll, gibt es keine Auszahlungsorte bzw kennt der Support diese selbst nicht. Vorgang würde abgebrochen. Geld wurde allerdings eingezogen, Rückführung des Betrages erst nach massiven Mail Kontakt und dauert von über einer Woche.

This service doesn’t even deserve one star because it’s worst than covid19!!!! They fake forever to credit your payment! Never reply email! Team are rude and has no regard for the customer!!!

They never give back your refund

After making a transaction i noticed it says transaction incomplete so i checked my statement and the money was taken so i reported it and they promised to give back my refund in couple days and to this day still haven’t received it over 3 months
So now i use APS and I encourage everyone to do so they have better rates sometimes

Scam

This app is a scam..They took my 505€ from June till now i ask for refund but nothing.now they don’t even pick up my calls or respond to my chat …thieves I don’t recommend for anyone

Good Rates, Slow, Unreliable

Can’t send up to $100, cancellation and refund is slow and inconvenient. Poor customer service. y’all just need to treat your customers right.

Their service is very poor

I made 2 different transactions with my bank cards and they are requesting for a letter of issuance of my card after they had deducted my money but the recipient didn’t receive my money
