Terrible new version
You guys destroyed a really good app. The old version was great. This was is terrible.

It is a hopeless App. It will not open again after the initial download. Irritating to say the least.
App Issues
Ever since the new version of the app released, despite opening properly and allowing me access on first attempt, the app is then not opening on any subsequent attempt.
Every time I want to access the app, I am forced to delete it completely and there-download it.
Please assist.

SuperSport App
I used to check out the news on my app here in the USA but in last few weeks it keeps showing a black screen with a blue circle every time I go on. Is there a glitch? How can I resolve this?
Supersport App is Defective
The recent updated version does not work well. Requires app to be deleted as it buffers and needs to be freshly uploaded each time you wish to use it. Been a longstanding user of older versions which worked just fine. Please fix. Thanks.
Non-functional
After the latest update the app no longer works. Opens and then just freezes.
Removed favourites. Sucks
After using previous versions, and going to fixtures or results and selecting “favourites” I can see only the sports I like. The new app still lets me set my favourites but I cannot filter according to it. Now I must try skim through a tonne of junk to look for what I want. As usual, multi choice not considering the paying customers.

Latest update keeps crashing
After the last update, app crashes whilst trying to login with a “something went wrong” and states can’t fetch data on my iPhone 13.

They had a decent platform….easy to navigate, and it worked. Now they don’t. Like almost everything else in the country.

One of the Worst Sports Apps
This is one of the worst sports apps I’ve used. Constant bugs, inaccurate scores, and poor performance make it nearly unusable. It feels unfinished and unreliable. Definitely not worth downloading.
Worst redesign
This is probably the worst redesign ever. Do you even have UI people working in this app? It takes forever to get somewhere. That landing screen is a huge watse. What a shame.

Easy to check all sports and very useful

Very nice coverage of all sports except women’s rugby. This should be remedied especially with the World Cup having started.
The update is so bad
The app is so bad now. Why can’t see live stats of football games? Why can’t I see the goal scorers at the top like before? If it ain’t broke???

How sad that since Friday there has been no update to the news summary page???

Great app for sport enthusiasts
*Updated* I have had a love-hate relationship with this app. This is my 4th review update. At one stage, the app was slow, did not scroll well, the focus was so much on advertising and betting that the app just did not work well at all. The app was fixed. Recently, the app stopped updating the news feed again! Previously, when the app stopped updating, it took 5 days before it was fixed. As of right now, it has been 4 days since the app has stopped updating the news feed again. When the app does work right, it really is a great app to use if you like following all different kinds of sports and results. I’m sure this won’t be my last review update.

the Supersport app is working a lot better than it used to since my last review. living away from South Africa, Supersport app is my life line to most sports i enjoy. if only i could get the Supersport channel. that would be lekker!!!!
