App not developed properly

Without fully developing the app the got updated which is of no use… not at all satisfied with the new features as there is no use with them as of now… no option to enter the code… very much disappointed with the app..

User Code option is not coming

My institution gave me few user codes for registration but to register there should be user code option under Profile section to enter but I am not getting that option itself. Please look into this issue.

This app never works properly

My iPhone SE is an iOS version 12.5.5 and it creates a lot of problem. Earlier atleast it was working but after the latest update it not even opens. It is my utmost request to the developers to please see to the problem going on.
