I love it. It helps me when I can’t read the fine print on labels, consent documents at a doctor’s office, etc.

It’s done everything I wanted to do and asked.
Good app but …
The flashlight button does not appear where it should. It is “under” the “original color/ negative back and white image” button. If you turn your phone to landscape mode the flashlight button does appear where it should, allowing you to access the flashlight. This flaw really needs to be addressed.

Super Vision Mag
Works great. Had a bit of a problem initially with it working consistently and complained; their tech folks had me test out a new beta version and it worked like a champ. They revised their software and now it works with some iPhones it previously had some problems with.

Fantastic App
I LOVE this app and the development/support team. I developed bilateral wet AMD back in 2018. In addition to the typical blind spots most often associated with AMD, I have severely distorted vision in each eye. As a result, I can’t read and I’m legally blind. I rely on accessibility apps for dictation and screen reading. I downloaded this app in 2018 to help “see” things that would otherwise be impossible. I am a big fan! I can no longer make out the head of a screw but with this app I can accurately direct the screwdriver into the screw head. I have so many other examples of how this app has helped with things that used to be so easy.
The support team is unbelievably responsive and talented. In a recent release the app showed only a black screen. I wrote to the support team with as much information about my phone as possible. They were able to isolate the problem. Turns out it only effected my particular iPhone model. All throughout their troubleshooting process they kept me informed. It didn’t take them long to fix the problem. I have never found a support team as responsive as this group. It says a lot that this group is associated with the world class organization Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary. I’m grateful every day that they are!

iOS update killed it
I am legally blind, and have used this app for many years. With the very most recent iOS update, this app no longer works. All I get is a black screen. I uninstalled, and tried reinstalling to no avail.

I’m hoping I get a black screen. Basically just completely fails to work. Trying to access their online help leads to a 404 error on the webpage.

The brand new update is totally inoperable
I really liked this app until you made an update for "significant resolution improvements for multi-camera models " It is totally useless now. All there is is a black screen. No real time image whatsoever. I tried restarting my iphone XR, I tried deleting and reinstalling Super Vision app. Still just a black screen. When I press between closeup and telescopic view, the app crashes every time. Can you please fix this? I'd appreciate it. Once you fix it, I will give an update review and rating. Thankyou

Super vision app
My app, like others is a black screen. Is there a correction?

When the app was 1st used, it worked well. The next time, a black screen showed. Deleted & reinstalled the app with the same result- black screen.
Glitch when opened Screen black
When opening the magnifying glass on Supervision+, the app shows a black screen. No image shows in the screen to be magnified.

Okay so basically it was fine for a couple days and when I was zooming out it started to glitch and that started happening since so 3 star guys please fix this I do recommend this if the was no glitch

This app is stupid and worthless because the images are not clear at all and I think it’s going to make me blind because it hurts my eyes

Works great on older devices too. Fast and smooth response. Opens quickly. Best magnifier app out there. And it’s FREE!!!

Version 1.8 is broken on iOS 9 (app won't open properly) but Version 1.7 still works fine. So DON'T UPDATE if you're on older iOS.
