False advertisement! I did a free trial and canceled subscription before trial ended and they still charged me $9.99! This is bad business practices and I will write Apple and recommend that these liars are removed from the App Store

I’m like super picky about what I eat and honestly some of the stuff in supplements freaks me out, like I just don’t wanna be putting random chemicals in my body and even doctors aren’t always sure about everything in these pills lol. my sister uses some app to check her makeup so she told me to try something like that for food/supplements and I found InSup. gotta say it’s kinda a relief now, I just snap a pic and boom, I see what’s in it and if it’s safe or not. sometimes the info is a bit overwhelming but better than stressing and guessing. makes me feel way calmer honestly.

okay so i didn't think i'd actually use this but my mom has like a MILLION vitamin bottles everywhere and i'm always like mom are you sure you need all this?? she's convinced everything works lol. tried to get her to download it but she literally won't even try, says her phone is "too confusing" 🙄
anyway i started using InSup just to check her stuff when i visit and now i'm weirdly hooked? like i check everything for me and my kids now. it's actually pretty nice to know if something is legit or just expensive placebo garbage
idk it's just easy to use and doesn't make me feel dumb for not understanding all the science words. makes me feel better about what we're taking i guess
also i've def thrown out a few of her sketchy ones when she's not looking 😬 sue me

Useless - Doesn’t scan bar code
Doesn’t scan bar code. App does not recognize supplement brand name. How can it advise if it doesn’t know brand names.

App that actually HELPS!
Ok so I just started using InSup like a couple weeks ago and I gotta say it’s kinda helping me not waste money on all the pre-workouts I’ve bought over the years lol. I’m not like a pro or anything but I really like to work out 4-5 times a week and sometimes I just grab stuff from the store cuz the packaging looks cool or the flavors sound good. But with this app I can just snap a pic and it tells me what’s actually in it, like if it’s safe or if it even works at all. The scores are super simple to understand too, so I don’t feel like I need a science degree. Also it helps me figure out which ones are kinda overpriced for what they actually do which is amazing cuz I’ve totally wasted cash before. One thing tho sometimes it takes a sec to load and I wish the AI Expert would explain some stuff more simply sometimes, but overall it’s way better than guessing and hoping I don’t get a jittery freak out from too much caffeine lol.

Payment Required
I think the app should start with saying that there’s fingerprint scanning and payment required to use its services after lots of questions. I didn’t go any further as I did not want to pay 6.99 a week or $69 a year maybe it’s it not sure I just knew it wasn’t paying. Didn’t see an option for a trial period. It was a waste of time for me.
