About

This is not a pill reminder. It is a ledger for the shelf: you type in what each supplement label says, and it adds the same ingredient up across every product you take. Six bottles. Three of them contain B6. Nobody tells you what that adds up to. WHAT IT DOES • Type in a Supplement Facts panel once. The totals build themselves. • Every ingredient shows how many of your products list it — that number is the headline, not a percentage. • Different names for the same thing merge automatically: Vitamin B6, Pyridoxine HCl and P-5-P all land on one line. • Tap any line to see the breakdown: which bottle contributed how much. TWO THINGS THAT FALL OUT OF THE SAME DATA • Cost: what each bottle works out to per day, and what the whole shelf costs a month. • Run-out: how many servings are left and the date the bottle empties. BUILT FOR HOW LABELS ACTUALLY READ • 150 ingredients with their common label spellings built in — including the mineral forms (magnesium glycinate, zinc picolinate, ferrous sulfate) that all report the same elemental amount. • Anything not in the list is still accepted and still totalled. There is no "not found" screen. • mg, mcg and g convert exactly. IU converts only where one factor is unambiguous — for vitamin E and vitamin A the factor depends on the form, so the app keeps IU on its own line instead of inventing a number. • Unlimited history, kept on the device with no time limit, and CSV export. WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO It does not scan barcodes. It does not rate, rank or sell any product. It does not check interactions. It does not recommend a dose or an amount. It does not compare your totals to any limit. Percentages are arithmetic against the Daily Values the FDA publishes for supplement labels (21 CFR 101.9) — the same reference printed on your bottle — and nothing more is read into them. There is no account, no sign-up and no server. Everything is computed on your phone, which is also why it works with no signal at all. A "How we calculate" screen is open to everyone, free, with every formula written out. SUPP STACK PRO Pro is required to add products and record days. Reading, the "How we calculate" screen and CSV export stay free. • Weekly or yearly subscription, both with a 7-day free trial • Or a one-time lifetime unlock — pay once, keep it Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
