Not Useful

The concept is great and the company even updated their data to incorporate my supplements that weren’t on their list. Here is the problem - I have a new vitamin B. I cannot delete the old one. I deleted from my schedule and inventory and it still shows up every day. Just make a little slide where you can delete it! Also it is not a checklist- it just says the same damn thing every day with no tracking of what you actually take. I fail to see the usefulness of this app.

Be careful

I know they asked if I have issues to please reach out before posting a negative review. I DID. Very poor customer support.

Took a few days before they got back to me. Then I did what they told me to do and now everything I entered got wiped out.

I emailed again and Three days later I still have heard nothing.

I am cancelling this app. FYI what I was told: the app can not be open on iPad and iPhone at the same time so I should log out. I logged out of both and when I logged back in I was left with 2 supplements. I had entered over 20.

Game changer for supplement tracking!

SuppTrack has finally made me consistent with my supplement routine. The ability to create schedules and reminders keeps me on track, adding products is painless, and love seeing my daily nutrient totals. Clean, fast, and exactly what I need.

Asks for money without using the app

It doesn’t even let you try the app and asks for money after first run. Why on earth would someone pay money for an app that they don’t even know if works??? The developer is like “hey there’s a mystery box here but trust me it’s something good inside now give me $100”. Of course not.

Hi Josh. Sorry for the confusion! We don’t ask anyone to pay before trying the app. Every new user gets a fully functional 7-day trial with no feature limits. After that, it’s $14.99/year (not $100), and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before the trial ends. We’d really appreciate another shot 🙏. Won’t Let Me Delete My Account

Originally, I wasn’t going to even write a review, but after several attempts at deleting my account, I feel like I have to.

This app just ended up not having what I needed or wanted, so I decided to delete it. But I can’t. I’m extremely frustrated by this.

Great way to organize your supps

This supplement tracking app has improved my health routine with its easy scheduling and helpful reminders. The daily nutrient summary helps me stay on track and adjust my intake as needed.

Not a good database

Most of my supplements (otc stuff) were not in the database. Too much work to do the work for them to get it set up. Deleted on day 2 of my 7 day trial.

As far as we know, we have the largest parsed supplement database in the world—but we know that’s still not enough! We’ve worked hard to minimize data entry, and letting us know about missing products is super easy—just a couple of taps. New requests are typically added within a few days. For instance, we launched SuppTrack on Friday, and by Monday, all weekend requests were live and ready to use! Our ultimate goal?
