Works well on MacOS on Apple Silicon
After having trouble with the MacOS-native KataSymbol program connecting, switched to this on my Apple Silicon MacBook. Worked immediately and connected to my T10M and overall appears more polished than KataSymbol.
Unable to create a new label
Hi, I can’t create a new label template in the app. It seems the app is forcing users to create an account to enable users to create new printing jobs. In the past the app had the capacity to create a new label template without the need to have an account.
Please re enable app to allow users to edit or create new label templates without the need no account.

Cannot import Excel properly
I imported excel according to the YouTube Video but doesn’t work. The column shows empty.

My banking app identified this app as spying. It was also using lots of my mobile data. Be careful.

No longer able to print label
I have the E10 model. The app has worked since I bought the label maker. After an update 22 hours ago, I can’t print a label. The app opens, connects to my label maker, I click the New Label + at the bottom, and a white screen loads. I can’t navigate anywhere and have to close the app to get back to the previous screen. Please fix the app!!

Was amazing but each update seems to remove something. Now confusing and seems aimed at making you create an account. Can't find borders at all any more.

I was so excited I was going to get a project done at work with it. Won’t connect to my iPad or my iPhone. Says it’s not supported. Yes! I have allowed Bluetooth and even restarted my devices. They are up to date. Guess I will be returning the printer.

I like that there are different fonts now, but now you can’t center justify! I want centered labels

Seems like a great idea, but the app will not allow me to change the font no matter what I do. Seems like it has a glitch

Worst app ever
This app is the most user unfriendly app ever developed, especially since the last update. It was clumsy to say the least before, now it’s completely useless, constantly claiming that there is no tape. Worst of all, when the app doesn’t work, I can’t use my label printer either.

It worked good for awhile but when you run out of the label, you HAVE to buy a silvan label pack for the specific label maker. Not only that, but they updated the app and got rid of a lot of the fun frames that I actually liked. They’re all gone.
Works perfectly for me with latest update
Thanks guys. Took a little longer than one would hope but still appreciated! Only thing not working for me was the symbols. Now they’re all visible in the selector as intended.
