Lockers do not work - no response from helpline
Locker would not connect to open, one did the second would not. Full payment was taken, but no response from the helpline or via email. Payment not refunded! I would not recommend anyone using, if the support line worked, this would be a great concept, but they are no help and out of pocket
Great idea - small technical issues but good support
I was pleasantly surprised with the app.
A simple but very smart idea - making it easy to find and rent paddle boards just via an app.
Both times I’ve rented I’ve had small technical issues (booking not gone through properly on the first day and the station had been disconnected on the second day) - on both days the app team replied almost instantly on WhatsApp and sorted the issue.
I understand issues may happen and really appreciate the fast support. Had a great time on the paddles and happy to use the app again for bookings.
Would have left 5 stars if not for the technical issues - but I imagine as the user base grows these issues will be ironed out
