Too many times app not working on IOS devices sometimes category drop down not open and after clicked on submit button no action performed

If we file complain then the officer DB bhat who assigned for complain is too arrogant and shouted on us for file complain. If any humble investigator reply to know their name then reply i will provide complain number. GarbageVehicle come forward to take garbage last time when I will file complain on 23 July 2024. after that I complain today on 10 August 2024The officer talk me from the mobile of garbage vehicle and shouted on me to file a complain on and said me the vehicle stop to take garbage every 3 to 4 days but here 27 days already passed and not a single day garbage vehicles stop to take garbage. I like the vehicle driver who gave me their personal number and said if you ever change to be and five or 15 days then call me in next day I will go vehicle and you give garbage. But the officer DAVR is like why I will complain online because online complain always remain in server and and everybody so that here is not a single vehicle come to take garbage. on other hand and the other officer where is your responsibility is to clean road is said if you got the RBI on roadside then we file penalty on you. after that we take a garbage like plastic and paper or a bring to home but here is a 1314 part which leaves are falling every single minute so as the officer of which responsibility is to clean Road i told that its trees leaves also a song on roadside then they also filer penalty on us.
