E venido tres veces y me gusta lavar el carro por mi cuenta, no tienen jabón en la escoba, ni espuma triple foam, en la app se traba y no te deja cancelar para agendar otro servicio como aspirar si no se completa el primero.

Membership Does Not Work
The app is awful. I have tried to work directly with the owner via email and phone to resolve the technical breakdowns. The app routinely crashes and rarely works when at the car wash. Independent from the app/membership issues, the soap on the foam brush is often out.

It’s a scam.
I put $25 from my bank on and they matched it. I washed once for $8 and came back a few weeks later and all my credit was gone. Even the $25 I actually paid. I’m very upset.

This place wants you to download an app, fill out an application, and make it so complicated to get a wash it’s ridiculous. They card machines don’t work…. Terrible place to wash your car

Tried to use the app for the first time for a car wash and it was full of errors and I was unable to wash my car

I’ve been to a Reno location and the Fernley location. In Reno, the spot free rinse didn’t work. In Fernley, after I scanned in with the QR code in a self service bay the wand would not come on even after cycling thru the options, all while the counter was going. Fooled me twice, never again.

The bays to wash are not online. Dont use this app its a waste of money.

Disappointing with no support to resolve
Ripped me out of my wash today. Scanned the qr code and it dinged me my wash but the stall didn’t activate.

Not Able To Cancel Membership
Not able to cancel membership through the app, nor do you have the ability to remove the card on file. Monthly charges keep reoccurring unless you email them personally. Very disappointing.
