If we didn't have to use this app for one of our customers we would have ditched it along time ago. First of all it barely works. It crashes multiple times a day. You open up a call and it will crash. Open up the app and it will crash. Try to edit a call and it will crash. A lot of times you will enter in all of your information and click save and it will either crash and not save anything or just not save anything at all and you have to do it all over again. Words cannot describe how stressed this programs makes me. Don't even get me started on customer service. We have tried contacting them many times and it's a miracle to even get a ok we will work on it. Save yourself time and money and find something else.
Update 5/4/17. Now you can't even update your calls or else it will bug out on the whole system and take you completely off the call. Still crashes like crazy
