Massive bugs *FIXED*

Update: I had some technical problems with the app and not only did they reach out, they called me personally to ask what specifically was wrong and they promptly started working on it, and resolved the issue. That’s great customer service! 5* as promised! Hello, So I just got the SureFiz scale and while using the app it continually tells me I’ve been temporarily suspended. It only happens when I click on a few certain links within the app, such as trying to update the machine, or while trying to look at the live weigh in feed from your phone. What can be done to fix this? If it can be fixed I’ll post a better rating, as I do like the scale itself quite a lot, but if not, I might just return as I don’t really see the point if I’m getting kicked from the app all the time. Thanks.
