The new updated app is very good but it is not opening since morning today. We had last updated the app 1 week back.
Cannot withdraw funds
There is no option to withdraw funds, only instructions are given.. but no path to withdraw poor app and customer service doesn't even pick up the phone

Shares got thru IPO or split ur app does not gives average cost per share value or in some scripts it shows NA

please use other apps or don’t open account with Rathi. Bad experience working like government employees

Difficult password recovery method

I was trying to use forgot password feature but it just doesn’t work with email/phone ,it asks for user id too and i don’t remember it .so please make it simpler with just phone or email option .
