This app no good

I’ve tried to get the cameras too link up to my phone won’t do that. I read the book over and over still will not connect to my phone or do anything else gave me nothing but problems an issues . This app is junk. Need to come up with a better app that works. You’re better off Not download this app. You will be just fighting with it trying to make it work with your cameras.

Doesn’t work half the time

Can’t get notifications after app has been installed for a while, tech support no help

Can’t delete all notifications at once

I really like the app but you can’t delete all the intrusion and motion detection notifications at once, they have to be done individually.

Crashes

Crashes constantly — locks up constantly where the video spins and rarely comes up live. I don’t know why this app cannot be fixed.
I’m gonna have to try to figure out another app to use with SureVision cameras…

Alarm notifications intermittent

I tried everything that I could to get the intrusion push notifications to work, then after not doing anything they started and as sudden as that they stopped again.

Will not work on T-Mobil’s cellular network

App works fine while on Wi-Fi or Verizon Cellular but will not work on T-Mobile’s. SureVision says it T-Mobil’s problem and T-Mobil says it the SureVision’s app problem. And around and around we go.

If you’ve got surevision equipment this is the app to use. I did have some issues with the update a few months ago that required me to reinstall the app. After that update everything has been working awesome.

Best camera monitoring app

Version 2.3 broke the app

19 Jul review update: I completely uninstalled the app, shutdown my ipad, then booted and reinstalled the app. I was able to get through the EULA and the app is working once I got through my login sequence and added the scan code.

The prior version worked great, then I updated the app to version 2.3 through Apple App Store normal update process. Now the app crashes instantly as soon as it starts. For a brief instant this new version displays a “Service Agreement & Prvacy Pokicy” screen with a Decline or Agree button selection, but in under a second the screen disappears and the app crashes. I’m running the latest OS on my iPad. This software is included with my very expensive CCTV Security Pros NVR camera system, which now I cannot access. Please make the prior version of this software available until you find the bug and repair this version.

App won’t open up. Flash agreement page and crashes

Broken since update

Opens and crashes immediately at Eula.

Updated and now app won’t open. Is there another option. Update is not working and shut the app down

App won’t open after update by developers

In AppStore, app shows it was updated 3 days ago. Tried to open today. It displays a EULA for a split second and closes. Can’t do anything. Just bought this system a couple of months ago. Hoped this gets fixed quickly.
