Downloaded and tried to skip the intro and it wouldn’t let me. Tried to enter name and it wouldn’t let me. Closed game and tried again and the same problem.

Need a big fix try confirm my name it’s frozen try to reset it annoying it’s a disappointment I love your games so much I was so exited for some enjoyment until this happened please fix it I would be very happy I’m a kid and mum gets my this and I need some fun please fix this
