Froze
I got to where I put the lever on the fountain and the whole game froze. I’ve tried restarting several times and it keeps freezing at that part. Never a good idea to sell such a glitchy game. Now I can’t finish the game. I want my money back!

Unless you are going to play this game from beginning to end all in one Setting then you’ll never get anywhere because this game goes back to the very beginning each and every time you open it! The creators have no intentions of fixing this game. Since Fish was bought out they could care less if you buy a game and it doesn’t work! I’m done with FISH!

I was at the part where I was going to help Jane to get to the tower then suddenly there was this flash and now I’m back at the beginning of the game. Again what the heck??
Having Issues
Playing this game on an iPad, the game continues to start from the beginning. It doesn’t save any gameplay.
SURFACE: REEL LIFE
Enjoyed the game. Had 3 problems. 2 of the problems happened where I finished doing something and then the game would shut down. I was able to go back in after making sure game was restarted and was able to keep playing. 1 (The worst) was I did something out of order and I had to restart the entire game. I was lucky because I felt I was still close enough to the beginning that I didn’t mind restarting the entire game one time.

A great game
Perhaps the devs fixed the bugs because I had no issues at all. I like the story line, graphics are great and nice and colourful, HOPs have a nice little twist. Overall well worth the sale price of £2.99.

I’ve attempted to play this game 4 times now but every time I turn it off and go back to it it resets back to the beginning, Very disappointed. Just glad I only paid £2.99 for it. Waste of blooming Time.

Fun game but had Bugs that caused resets several times. It was hard to click on items and pick them up without pressing many times. Also on the pier you should not be able to put the rope on the statue and door before you pick up the saw handle. The game was challenging which was good. If items didn’t have to be clicked on multiple times and the saw was accessible “After” the rope was attached to the statue, I would have given this game 5 stars.

Today, I played for a little over an hour and it crashed. I restarted and returned to where I was when the game crashed, but within 30 minutes, it crashed again.
This used to be a 5-star game, but it seriously needs an update.
It used to work, just fine and that was on my old iPad Air 2. I’m now using an iPad Pro (12.9”) and the lasted iOS update.

I can understand why
Big fish totally missed the mark on this game. Can’t put my name in. Can’t even play the game. There nothing about this game that work’s, unless you count the money big fish is steeling from customers.

Works Great For Me
No problems other than having to tap with a little more pressure to get through this problem free game. Using an iPad 4 and loved every minute playing. Recommended!

Keeps crashing
Brilliant game but like many other reviews on here, it keeps crashing then resetting to the beginning, therefore I haven't finished it for the second time. Really annoyed, waste of £4.99. Want my money back or a fix please.
