Doesn’t work with apple devices
Works ok when streaming via firesticks but not apple phones, iPads or Apple TV, so deleted from those, as even after fiddling with different settings as apparently previously suggested to other users also didn’t help.
On apple devices in particular, Surfshark has to be disconnected and re-connected again, so that any streaming would work, which I get fed up of doing each time.

YouTube adds are back
Not blocking YouTube adds anymore when using countries that have no adds like Albania. It did that too a few months ago but the situation appeared to be resolved, only to come back a few days ago.
This was my one and only reason I was still using this app, since the whole “security” thing is overblown anyways. If we’re seeing adds in countries where YouTube shows no adds, it means YouTube knows we’re not in that country, which means your product isn’t doing its job. If this ain’t fixed in 2 days I’m cancelling and trying other options.

Usability
Lots of features in the solution and works great on windows and Mac.
When in use of the phone the vpn connection it does need to be reset at times otherwise the phone does lose internet connectivity. Though to be fair I never shut down the phone, so it is continuously connected for weeks at a time.

Do not trust
Locks you into a subscription even if you cancel they try to force you to pay for the entire year and completely lock you out of your apple account
Underwhelming and slow
Often you find you lack connection or it’s so slow WiFi or not and you spend time switching between connections.
