Great app, but one missing feature.
This is an excellent and easy to use app, but the only thing is it is missing a description of the drain outputs which some doctors ask for. Such as color.
ALMOST PERFECT!
6/26/19: Had an ‘emergency procedure yesterday (6/25), resulting in a new drain ... WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OPTION TO MAKE “cc” ENTRIES?!? My bulb measures “CCs” not ML’s or Ounces! Yes, the app is still ‘useful’ — but it would be MUCH BETTER if you still had the “CC” option. Seems my 5/13 ‘complaints’ are still valid! 🤬
Update (5/13/19): Just realized, there’s no ‘delete’ function in this app (you can ‘edit’, but not delete). If you ‘save’ an entry with a wrong date, there’s no way to totally delete the entry! 🤬
I just had major surgery and need to record my drain output. Like other app users, I started by putting the info in my ‘Notes’ app — then I found ‘Drain Logger’! The app is great — with a couple of, rather annoying, ‘flaws’!
1). When “ml” (or ‘cc’), is selected on the Homepage, WHY is it necessary to re-enter it when recording each new entry???
2). Similarly, WHY can’t the app pick up the time, from my phone ... as it does the date???
Also, can the app be designed to allow the user to select the number of data entry columns? While it is certainly conceivable that an individual could have as many as 6 drains to log, for those of us with fewer, the screen appears needlessly cramped. This is more an ‘aesthetic’ issue, than a functional one.
Still, the app is truly useful and appreciated! I hope the developers can/will ‘correct’ 1&2, above.

Love it!
Just had major surgery and have to keep track of measurements from two drainage tubes. I was entering the dates and amounts in my notes on my phone but that was very cumbersome and not very easy to read the results. This app is so easy to use and is very helpful keeping track of the measurements.
I love the ability to print a report to bring to my doctors office as well.

Time stamp broken
Such a great, simple app, but it won't let me update or change the time. And the default time is not even the current time making this app useless. Please fix!! It would be great once this is fixed.
What a great app
I only wish this app was around when my mother was recovering from a double mastectomy. Glad to see technology being used for great things and not just mindless games. Thank you David Cross!
