A new update has been issued and released. 1.4.3. The issue has been fixed. The new IOS update has caused problems with the application so please check for the latest release. It could be possible that depending where you are that the update will be pushed out at different times from the Apple AppStore. Thanks for using Surgical Instrumentation

*Update 10/21/19 1.4.3 Surgical Instrumentation has been approved and released. Look for it to be available soon on the App Store. Surgical Instrumentation Team Seems like this is related to an update on the device. We are currently trying to update our app to see if this will solve things. Surgical instrumentation app was fully working without errors before possible update to iOS in last few weeks. We will submit to Apple new build as a soon as possible.
