The app will not give me the next 50 question test. I am stuck on 1/4. The app will only give me a few questions to answer now. No one will contact me back from the customer support email (contact us)

I got knocked out of the app after 2 months when I paid for 6 months subscription. This is dubious!
Passed my CSFA exam August 2025
I had been trying to get my CSFA for 6-7 years now but came into roadblocks due to being a private tech. While that’s a whole other story, once I was in school, I had to find a way to study in different ways because I was strictly an Ortho private tech my whole career. So you can imagine the stress I was dealing with on trying to remember things, especially with vascular/cardiac procedures. Now I’m going to say this up front….no prep app, quizlet, or anything will be word for word on the exam. I see people on Facebook groups complaining that certain apps or quizlets weren’t even on the test. When you first take the exam, you have to sign a document that you agree you will not distribute test questions (and that goes for EVERYONE). With that being said, I paid for this app for 6 months and would take the daily 10 question quizzes. Then every once in a while I’d take the “mock exam” on top of my regular reading/studying. It helped me keep track of what I needed to focus on. This app did a good job mimicking on what the style of the exam looks like. The answers, you want to memorize what the answers mean. When you understand what each answer means, it can help deduce what your answers will be on the real exam. This app gives you a detailed prompt on why the answer is correct and why the other answers are not correct which helped kind of break down everything. Eventually it kind of repeats itself in different wording for questions but hey, practice makes perfect!!

I passed my exam. It was hard but the app prepared me for the kind of questions that were asked in the exam. It was great help and I recommend it to everyone that is getting ready to take either the CST or AST. Thank you
