No ads???

Can there be an option to pay for no ads? I love the app, but all these ads are ruining it for me. Makes me not want to colour. Very non relaxing

We're so sorry the ads are breaking your peaceful coloring time! 🥺 Knowing you love our app means so much, and we completely agree that coloring should be 100% relaxing. A paid no-ads option is actively in development and on our high-priority roadmap. Stay tuned! ✨

Love this coloring app

I like most of the pictures.I am still looking for the buildings that were in the ad. Haven’t found them yet. My biggest problem with the app that says it is totally free, and there are no ads. After every picture you do there is an add. Some ads you can’t get out of. The Mr Beast ads are the worse. You get stuck in the add, you have to shut down the program and get back in and start with another add. Also right in the middle of coloring it takes you to another add, I don’t Ming if you need a hint, but to just interrupt what you are doing is rude. Most of the game ads are fraudulent, the say play the game and get paid. That is a blatant lie. So watch what ads you place, and don’t have so many

Response from developer

So sorry for the ad trouble! 💔 Please feel free to simply ignore those ad claims (like getting paid)—they are just external ads. We're actively fixing ad freeze bugs and mid-game popups! Also, building artwork will arrive in upcoming updates. Send any broken ad screenshots to contact@blackwhalejoy.com! Thanks! ❤️

Fun

Colorful and bizarre! Been looking for something like this many apps ago!

Ads

Can’t opt in to purchase no ads. Or am I missing something?
KKiddycounselor

Response from developer

Thank you for reaching out. You haven't missed anything—an in-app purchase to remove ads is currently not available, but it is actively in our development roadmap. We are working to release this feature in a future update. If you have any questions, please write to us at contact@blackwhalejoy.com!

Need a more color options

The colors (greys) that indicate the areas that need coloring are hard to see, could you give us more options like a blue or red so they are easier to find?

Thanks
FFlopnagel

Response from developer

Thank you for this brilliant suggestion! 🖤 We totally agree that customizable highlight colors like blue or red would make finding faint grey areas so much easier. We've passed your request straight to our UI team to explore for future updates! Have more ideas? Email us anytime at contact@blackwhalejoy.com! ❤️

Bring Back the Old Surreal App

I loved the pictures in the old surreal app. The pictures in this new app are not good. I miss my collection of surreal pictures I completed. Super bummed my favorite app is gone.
MMaggie8080

We’ve shared your request with our artists to bring back those classic surreal designs in future updates. Please write to contact@blackwhalejoy.com anytime!

To customer service

I love this app so much and I even have the Surreal Jigsaw Puzzle app. I had this app for a long time and had quite a lot of finished pictures but somehow I accidentally deleted the app. Then I couldn’t find it for a long time, maybe two months or so, and I got the ad for it and immediately installed it. My question is, is there any way at all to get those pictures back?

Response from developer

We're so happy to have you back, but deeply sorry for the sad news! Because there are no user accounts, local save files are deleted with the app and cannot be retrieved. We know how much those finished pictures meant to you. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us anytime at contact@blackwhalejoy.com.

Your pictures

I love the selection of pictures you have but, they are so hard to color. I wish ALL of the outlines were black so I can tell the areas apart. I’m going to have to delete your app as bad as I hate to.
LJLove you Jake

Response from developer

We are deeply sorry for the frustrating experience! Knowing you hate to delete the app means so much to us. We hear you loud and clear regarding black outlines for better visibility, and we’re working on design improvements to make coloring effortless. Please give us a chance and write to contact@blackwhalejoy.com!

I love Art, and these drawings are amazing! I could color forever

Two Steps Back

The images from the last version were clear, and they represented a clear point of view. These images are just slapped together with a bunch of discordant elements thrown together for no reason. Lame.
LLivueta

Response from developer

We’re so sorry for letting you down with our latest update! 💔 We pride ourselves on clear, meaningful artwork, and hearing that these new pictures feel discordant breaks our hearts. We’ve shared your feedback directly with our art team to ensure higher quality and cohesive designs. Please write to contact@blackwhalejoy.com! ❤️
