I have had a very hard time with this app. I made one small mistake by using my nickname when I first signed in. I didn’t know they were going to ask for a picture of my drivers license. which is fine, but my drivers license has my full legal name on it. My nickname is just an obvious shorten version. I did MANY surveys and earned a lot of points. Then they told me there was a problem with my verification. And I would get a response within 48 hours. I kept taking surveys waiting for it to get resolved. But now they are canceling me and will not even consider helping me. I really was having fun doing the surveys and was looking forward to getting paid. I now feel like this may be a rip off!

It took a little effort but all is good now.
I had a few problems at first but they worked with me to get it all straightened out and now I’m going strong.

It took me at least 5 days to get 500 points, which equals $5.00. Wow

Answering surveys can be a little upsetting but support does what it can to help and ensure u are good and it’s a legit app where you can earn money just depending how many surveys u complete and their worth you must also be patient with the surveys without rushing.
Verification and support SUCKS
This is absolutely unbelievable. as soon as i go to cashout and verify my id im hit with the "we can't review ur id" and now its telling me to wait 5 BUSINESS DAYS for a response from support. don't waste your time they obviously not serious
Love this app
I so do love this survey taking app! It is easy to use and pays high and lots of money without any of your information being stolen or scams. Payout is also easy too.
Shady
Some surveys pay but this company is known for having you take surveys that get you near the end and then they say you don't qualify! I've spent 20 minutes on surveys and then they boot you out saying you're not what we're looking for! They get all the answers they need and then cut you out so you don't pay! Terrible!!

Scams you out of points
I used to enjoy this app at first but after about a month of using it , it began to cheat me out of points. I would be in the middle of answering a survery, reading ever word because i know that if you dont you get kicked out of the system. But after answering 10 or 15 questions, the system tells me i have suddenly been screened out. Even though at the beginning of the survey i was qualified . So once screened out, all those points are gone and all that tIme you took to answer, wasted. And it's not a once in a while thing, this now happens every time i use the app or log in from my computer. they constantly steal my respones without any payment in return.

Awful
I really dislike that the surveys are mostly long and give very little points and I even dislike even more that when you are almost done the page either freezes or disqualifies you, which is super annoying because they already take all the info they need, but do not give you the points and when contact customer service, they give you the excuse that the survey belongs to a independent company. HORRIBLE

Better than expected
I was pleased to see how well their platform functions. You may get screened out of several surveys but it’s relatively quick and the ones that pay out are reasonable—you’ll make some money if you check in daily and try out a handful of surveys. In the past 5 days I’ve made $33.89, and I’m nobody special, just an IT guy at a bank.

Kind of a waste of time
App locks up or gives error messages after spending 15-30+ min. on surveys so you get NO points. It also lies about the points given at the minimum. MANY messages sent and points are not recovered. Best guess, 500+ owed.
Junk
Why would any reasonable person spend hours filling out surveys to make 20 cents? Most surveys fail to complete and never pay.
Bad.
The app only lets you cash out if you show them your government id, which is ridiculous. Would not recommend, just wastes your time.

I like survey junkie except for the ones that have you do all of the answers for more than a half an hour and then don’t reward you.
Consistently Screened out
I used to enjoy participating in Survey Ju Ike’s research and reviews, but something had changed and I am now constantly been disqualified or screened out. Time to move to another source.
Dishonest
If your time is valuable go somewhere else. They frequently will take you to the end of a survey, then kick you out without giving you your points, saying that the survey just filled up, or you don’t qualify. I always give honest well thought out answers, and they try to pretend like you don’t. I now only use this when I’m sitting in a waiting room with nothing else to do.

This app is trash. It’s a waste of time you complete the whole survey and right at the end they deny you and then once you do finally get enough money you’re not even able to get it.
