Yes we need to show compliance for the lenders etc, but alongside the valuation process and using an SCT on a different system / platform this can be a frustrating and long drawn out process, with the majority of lenders forms still unmapped.
......and why Apple where PDFs are not permitted and screen shots are often blocked.

Poor
A software programme behind the times, it needs to be updated to modern tech. The programme makes the reports look robotic, poor spacing and the spellcheck mechanism is awful, there is no grammar correction tool. A poor,really unprofessional product and not up standard in 2025.
Clunky and Awkward
A seriously outdated piece of software that is slow, unresponsive, unintuitive and barely fit for purpose.
There are far better options out there, but I am required to use this for my company.

Another surveyor
Just to confirm for those reading this, it’s the old boy surveyors who still can’t get their head around their Nokia 3310s that can’t work with this system. As one of a rare breed, a surveyor under 50, this system is not flawless but for ensuring compliance across a company, readable site notes and data collection, pen and paper just doesn’t cut it in the industry in 2023.
