Version 2.81.1 includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and a technical update. Bug fixes: * Fixed form field labels and widgets being partially obscured by the notch or Dynamic Island in landscape mode. * Fixed map view controls being partially hidden behind the notch or Dynamic Island. * Fixed drawing toolbar buttons being obscured by the notch or home indicator in annotate, draw, and signature views. * Fixed images appearing smaller after saving from the annotation view. * Fixed question labels intermittently disappearing during navigation when using HTML label display, particularly on iOS 18 or later. * Fixed a large gap or clipped text appearing after rotating the device on a form field with a long HTML label. * Fixed background geopoint fields causing errors inside repeat groups that hadn't been created yet or were no longer relevant. * Fixed data entered in a table-appearance repeat group being discarded when tapping the back button. * Fixed a crash when restoring data with the auto-backup setting set to 0 days. * Fixed a potential crash during unexpected form save failures. * Fixed CSV file attachments in non-UTF-8 encodings preventing forms from loading. * Fixed the Cancel button not actually stopping blank form downloads. * Fixed the progress indicator not appearing in Manage Cases during automatic case updates. * Fixed the password field being pre-filled on the quick setup screen when opening a configuration link. * Fixed a grammatical error in permission request descriptions. * Extended case-insensitive file matching to all media types attached to form fields, now consistent with Android and web. * Fixed audio and video play buttons on question labels appearing stretched or inconsistently sized. * Fixed choice images in compact and quickcompact select fields disappearing after backgrounding the app. * Fixed field plug-in getPluginParameter() lookups to be case-insensitive. Improvements: * Audio recordings are now compressed (AAC/M4A) instead of raw audio (WAV), significantly reducing file sizes for faster uploads and lower storage usage. Improved the accuracy of localized text across all supported languages. Technical updates: * Updated to the iOS 26 SDK (Xcode 26.3) as required by Apple.
