Fraud Customer support owing my $0.75 for the survey
Customer support is fraud and never respond to my email as they owe my $0.75. Poor customer support.
A survey app with no surveys lol
The only surveys I have done have been for my input personal information surveys. I have never did one survey nor have they had any for me ??? so a app for surveys with no surveys. It is just taking up space

I gave not been able to get my $11 dollars out. It keeps going to a wrong email. I have been trying for 8 months to get this corrected. Customer doesn’t give support..

Who ruined this app?
Used to get 2-3 surveys a week. Now im lucky to get 1 per month. I was made to update
my profile a couple times and thats when the surveys stopped. I guess companies don’t use the app anymore?

Low pay per hour
It would be better off getting a paper route or working for a kid that has a paper route.
Not very good
This app pretty constantly freezes and does not connect with the surveys I get notified for. Additionally, I lost all my survey credits without cashing them in. It works fine for my friend, but my phone can’t handle it. Dissatisfied there is also no option to connect with support to resolve these problems.

From Great to Bad
This used to be a legit app to fill out surveys and earn a few cents here and there. But recently in using my time to fill out surveys - to only be told that it doesn’t meet some unknown standard criteria. So they get my answers and I get $0.00. Don’t waste your time.

I recently cashed out at $5.26. But when I went to the store, there was only $3.97 on the card. It has been two weeks and no surveys. Contacted “support”, but only received canned inane response . Be careful the reward cash may not be actually on the card.

Waste of effort
Never any surveys available. Took a lot to set up and nothing for weeks. Waste of effort and time.

I never get survey sent to me what happened I have to pay you guys. Nothing makes sense when I read your ad and you can’t find the right help topic or get any help and I’ve used you guys for years and I’m ready to cancel it. I wondered why I’ve gotten no surveys for months I still don’t understand.
