Don’t bother! Expensive to use
Completed survey. Got over 25 responses quickly. Then realised that I can’t see over 25 unless I pay £99! No chance!

I clicked forgot password after the app signed me out for no reason. Won’t send me the password reset code. Followed all the help center steps of adding emails to my safe list, still won’t get it.
Shouldn’t be so hard to figure out how to reset a password when this is occurring. Can’t figure out how to receive any help. Beyond frustrating

I was a really big fan of this app, easy to do in your spare time and I cash out around Christmas for some extra spending money. Lately though I will fill out surveys, some 20 minutes worth of my time just for it to say I earned $0 because I didn’t fit the guidelines?? This is all of a sudden. Usually when you don’t have matching answers it tells you mid survey, not at the very end after I just wasted my time. It used to give you .10 cents for participating even if your answers didn’t line up to what they were looking for. I’m about to delete it because I’ve done about $8-10 in surveys this last week or 2 just to get no pay out. Please fix this issue.

Steals your Money- refuse refund
I used this company a long time ago for work with great success. I used it to make a quick survey for my staff with the free version not realizing I would only get 25 responses. The only option says you need to buy a plan which is extremely expensive it does advertise paying for your survey responses. So I think perfect I just pay for the extra responses which after talking to someone they tell me how I spend 50 dollars for credits and guess what you can't use them unless I pay 90 more on a plan! Unbelievable I have been fighting them for my money back on something they falsely advertised and communicated. But they keep saying they can't. They are a scam, do not use or download!

Awful policy on number of devices per account
Think about how many devices you have. If like me, you're an established professional approaching middle age, you probably have a laptop, home pc, a smartphone, and a tablet or two. Surveymonkey only allows you to login two devices and will start harassing you in the app if you have a third device logged in, and will take away all access to your data if you remove and login "too many" devices according to THEIR opinion. This is not only inconvenient but it's giving surveillance. Like who are you to tell me where and when I can login and work on whatever project I want? I am a business owner and I travel and keep a busy schedule -- I need to use multiple devices and do my work on the go. I abhor the attitude of this corporation that wants to tell me how and when I can work on customer service requests and marketing, and when I can be logged in on which device. I'll be immediately downloading my data and looking for another option than this greedy, controlling corporation.
