Pricing changes
New pricing for Standard Individual plan is too high ($129 per month) for an occasional individual user. This if you want more than 10 questions and to see more than 10 responses, which is all you get on the basic free plan.
Thought The Pricing Was a Joke!
I was needing to make a quick like 20 question survey for something. Got to my 10th question and it said I needed to pay $98 a month to be able to do more than 10 questions! I thought it was a joke, or maybe a glitch but no that’s accurate. That’s crazy when google forms is free and you all should definitely use that 😂 this app is highway robbery

Misleading
I created a simple 5 question survey to be sent to 12 people. Making the survey was easy enough. Sent it out to the other participants and it caps the allotted responses to 10 people. And if you want to see the other 2 responses you have to pay an absurd monthly or annual fee. When making the survey it never tells you this prior to completing it and sending it out.

Don’t bother! Expensive to use
Completed survey. Got over 25 responses quickly. Then realised that I can’t see over 25 unless I pay £99! No chance!
No support
I clicked forgot password after the app signed me out for no reason. Won’t send me the password reset code. Followed all the help center steps of adding emails to my safe list, still won’t get it.
Shouldn’t be so hard to figure out how to reset a password when this is occurring. Can’t figure out how to receive any help. Beyond frustrating
