Love this hotel, staff are wonderful and helpful.
However your app is a pain to book room service. Absolutely no where does it say put your room number, had to go to reception and ask how to do it, apparently when it says table number, you put your room number, who new that.

Poor App
Downloaded app advertised all over location on 28/8/23 . No main food menu or single glasses of wine available- seems after reading reviews this app hasn’t improved over 2 years . Save yourself a load of wasted time , forget about the app and order from the staff - they are brilliant and keep them employed . If everyone relied on the app they would be out of business by now

Downloaded the app, added a payment card… could I order online? Could I hell. Only offered me options to click and collect (whatever that means) and book a room when im already staying here. Was expecting an order from menu button, searched high and low, but no sign. Fortunately alert staff realised there was a problem and took the order in the old fashioned way. Rubbish app wish I hadn’t bothered downloading
