A very clear and educational guide on the fundamentals and culture of sushi in Japan. Even though I have enjoyed sushi all my adult life there are many things new that I learned when exploring this app. It was designed by a certified professional sushi tour guide in Tokyo to help users understand, find and track their sushi experiences in Japan. It can also be used anywhere in the world and in multiple languages.

Thank you for using this app. While many people enjoy eating sushi at conveyor belt sushi restaurants, sushi & food culture is a deep and complex subject even for Japanese people. Understanding proper manners and terminology is essential, but these can be unfamiliar not only to foreigners but also to most Japanese people. We hope you learn something through this app. Please put what you've learned into practice and try to act like a Japan expert at a sushi restaurant near you in America! It seems that people in other regions (like me in Japan) cannot see the ratings and reviews at App Store in your country. I hope all the reviews and ratings are open to all the regions by Apple.
