Оформил заказ, но оплатить банковской картой не получилось, окно для оплаты не открывалось. Позвонил в службу поддержки, сказали в ближайшее время исправят ошибку, оплатить в самом заведении нет возможности, при этом даже не предложили комплимент, так как ошибка была в приложении и вины клиента нет. Однако оператор сообщил, что какая либо скидка или комплимент не предусмотрены. Совершенно не клиентоориентированное заведение.

Нельзя привязать карту или оплатить спб, при очередной оплате заказа и ввода данных карты, всё слетело и пропали 160 бонусов, которыми хотела оплатить часть заказа
