Game Freezing
Redownloaded the game and tried to register to go back into my saved progress and the code never sends to my number I’ve tried multiple times

I absolutely love this game but when I am sent news links it does not work in the Josie King series for example the only one it works for is Amy Morris story

Lost progress and couldn’t progress
Lost all of story one progress. I couldn’t move to level 2. I had spent money on keys and coins on making the story faster which was a waste of money.
I would either like a refund of the money I spent, given the coins and keys so I can quickly go through that story again, or my progress restored/ everything in that story completed. Essentially so I can progress to level 2

I personally am loving this but it does take a while for new messages and stuff and it’s also really hard to get more coins without paying. I get the messages are supposed to feel like real life but it make so much anticipation. Love this just with the coin system was a bit better like maybe you put some clues together and get coins, ect.

Fun concept, frustrating experience
Love love love the idea behind the game. Frustrated by having to wait SO long for updates and the inability to earn more than a hundred coins at a time, when most keys or FF options cost at least 200-400.
*Begging* the developers to increase the coin rewards you can earn and/or lowering the amount needed to unlock messages and attachments.
