Constant buggy updates
This banking app is awful, it constantly does not work. It’s like a 50/50 chance that when you start the app and attempt to login it’ll say an error has occurred or that it is temporarily unavailable. They just released another update that completely changed the appearance and now the app is jittery and does not respond well. With this update they also got rid of dark mode. I would not recommend this bank to anyone as they do not hav the best interest rates or loan rates, they only have a couple branches and sometimes do not pick up the phone. Nice people but terrible management and terrible app.
