Fraud - please read

BEWARE OF THIS APP

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and authorised one subscription. I then discovered that multiple subscriptions/charges had been taken from my bank account that I did NOT authorise.

I’ve now reported the transactions as suspected fraud and am disputing them with my bank.

There are also other customer reports describing unexpected multiple subscriptions and charges.

Fraud

Takes your money without subscribing. I did not subscribe to this app. All I did was answer some questions and it started taking money out of my account. I don’t know how to stop. Apple won’t help. It is coming out of my Apple wallet but Apple has no record of it. I don’t know who to turn. It has taken 35.00 so far how much more will it take. Apple is full of fraud and scammers staring with Apple.

Thieves!!

They made several charges after I cancelled the "free" trial! Ended up paying over $60 and there is no refund or support. I could never get the app to open.

Misleading Subscription System

This app has a confusing subscription system with multiple plans. I thought I had canceled my subscription, but I only canceled the yearly plan and was still being charged for the monthly plan. That kind of setup is misleading and makes it far too easy for users to continue paying unintentionally. Apps with confusing subscription practices like this should not be allowed on the platform.

Be warned billing is a scam

Be aware that even if you pay for the subscription initially through the App Store, they automatically enroll you in additional subscriptions that have to be cancelled via the website. Cancelling through the App Store doesn’t make a difference and they’ll hit you for $80 in additional subscriptions even if you cancel through the App Store before the trial period is up. Total scam.

They mislead you. Charged my account $39.99 a month, 3 times, and wouldn’t let me cancel my subscriptions. Had to call my bank to report the fraudulent charges. That’s not even what I signed up for. Disgusting. Worthless app and stories.

Complete Scam

Signed up for free trial and after exploring the app I decided to cancel the trial subscription. Found out later (similar to others) I had been signed up for two different subscriptions despite getting confirmations they were cancelled. Took 3 emails to get a response from the support team and then 4 more emails repeatedly asking for a refund which I should not have had to do given the fact that I cancelled the trial subscription. This company is a scam and is not in line with Buddhist teachings.

Scam

Overcharged multiple times within a week when I signed up for 1 x monthly charges. No response from support and unable to cancel with bank and only option is to cancel card as cannot get explanation or refund. Really poor service.
