Laggy, buggy and meh
Have to use it for work - not overly impressed. The system is laggy, it’s buggy (keeps asking me to update it, but there is no update neede), the OCR is poor so I take pictures, upload and fill details out… Can’t link it to a card for automatic tracking and uploading… Don’t like it, have used better before.

Expenses are really made easy
We have been using expense tracking for last few years. Filing expenses is easy and good. Improvements are taken into consideration as well. Overall satisfied and does the job.

Maybe it’s you, maybe it’s me, but please update the app so it won’t crash when trying to pull recent transactions.
This app is garbage
Continuously crashes. Burly receipt pics. Often times just doesn’t work. Way too many clicks to input information. No after hours/weekend support. Avoid at all costs!
Terrible, avoid at all costs
The app won’t even let me log in even with the correct email/password (oh, I reset it several times just to be sure) and the actual platform is a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle. I’ve always disliked doing expenses but Suti makes it even worse.

By far, my least favorite expense app ever used. I think it’s terrible. No option for foreign currency selection. Can’t change report names or dates after creating a report, receipts often are blurry after upload, only can upload one receipt at a time.

Nice App
In the past I used Concur with a previous company which was good but there are aspects I like about this one much better. The only thing keeping it from being 5* is the inability to upload multiple receipts at one time. Other than that it’s great!

Would never use it voluntarily
For undisclosed reasons my company hose Suti Expense as their expense management system, even though all employees wanted Expensify or at least Concur.
The app likes to crash in lots of places, OCR does more damage then if it didn't exist, the date field comes back as invalid on the website because it can't distinguish country formats, the list is endless.
There had been a tiny improvement in that the camera button for Receipts is now more easily accessible and no longer needs three taps - but if the upload of said image fails because there's no reception it still just gets lost. Woe betide you if you've binned the receipt. Terrible really, and the website is even worse if that's at all possible...

Can’t Sort Receipts by date - Really?
Hoping it’s just me, but I can’t seem to find a control to sort my receipts by date - not even a Help line article! Is that why the web app also has no “Contact Us” button?
