Svasa Community is the official Svasa Homes community app. From regular community updates, event and emergency announcements to booking amenities and reserving spaces, residents can use this multipurpose app to manage various features at Svasa Homes.
Social: Keep informed of the latest goings-on at Svasa Homes. Dedicated channels will release general updates such as maintenance, as well as less-frequent notifications like safety & security announcements, lost & found notifications, etc. The social section also consists of resident engagement activities including polls, events, and groups on many topics.
Services: Residents can make requests for various services and issues so the appropriate service staff can be assigned to the task. This feature also supports feedback, chats, image uploads, etc. so any request can be explained in detail.
Dashboards: Track your community expenses through personalized dashboards. For example, any maintenance fee, amenity fee, or service charge.
