Fails at basic functions
This app is a nightmare to use for mobile deposit—it logs me out constantly while I’m trying to do mobile check deposits. Sometimes I have to attempt it 3 or 4 times before being successful. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and that doesn’t seem to have any effect.
App ok, website not so much
The app so far works well for transfers and deposits. I don’t do much else with it. However, the website is horrible. The pages are so small and cramped. Please use more screen real estate and expand the things you can see. Especially the bill pay area!
Best app for the best bank on the planet
This is the absolute best app hands down for any bank. Easy simple Fast efficient accurate Just about perfect, just like SVB private bank!

Touch ID
The look is out of date, but the app works fine. My two biggest gripes are 1) no Touch ID and 2) no ability to initiate a domestic wire from within the app.
