3/9/22: This app seems more unstable every time I use it. I’ve just tried 5 times to deposit a check, and it either closes the camera while I’m trying to take a picture of the check or it logs me out (or both!). It is INCREDIBLY frustrating, and it didn’t used to happen when I first downloaded the app.

3/3/23: I wish I could give this app negative stars. Absolutely no improvements on the mobile deposit function since I first reviewed the app a year ago. It logs me out after every mobile deposit, which is frustrating when I’m depositing a dozen checks for my company. Utter garbage.

Mobile deposit broken

Kicks me back to the login screen every time I finish scanning the check so I can’t submit the deposit

Useless

I used it a few times to check balances but now it just locks my account up. Deleted it, don’t bother.

The important things are too small!

It was a strange choice to make the funds in each account the absolute SMALLEST number on the home page. It is barely readable it’s so small. Even full account numbers are larger (another odd choice given the assumption of using an app means being on the phone in public, rather than at home on a computer—why make the most secure number larger?). The new emphasis on special financial tools is a wrong focus above showing users first and foremost what money they have in accounts. Other functionality of the new app seem to work fine so far but the initial shock of having trouble finding the funds in my accounts was a really unpleasant surprise vs. the old app.
