I’m not sure yet
Looked at some reviews and amazing reviews from all those who volunteer which is wonderful. But not so great reviews from those in desperate need of help. At a cursory glance of some of these reviews, “allegedly” the poor in need (their ultimate customer experience) were that they were treated rudely and “less than” by staff. For example, one customer stated that a staff member called them and stated, “You need to answer the phone when I call.” Will you talk to Jesus like that? Paraphrasing, He basically said that when we do it to them (feed them, etc.) we are doing it Him. I mean the Angel App is such a cool and great idea that I’m ready to pitch in. But perhaps in the future I will do so after I see better customer experience results from genuine, non-coercive reviews. Very thankful this organization and others like it exist. Doing a “Refresh” and perhaps Anonymous feedback from the customers could hopefully produce refined reflection and results.
